Upcoming events sponsored by the CCRC or by other Republican committees are listed below.

In addition to special events, the CCRC holds monthly meetings that are normally on the third Tuesday of each month. A social starts at 6:30 p.m., followed by the general meeting at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are over by 9 p.m.

All Republicans in Cumberland County are welcome to attend as guests. Voting members consist of representative members of each of the town committees in Cumberland County. The venues rotate around the county each month, to make driving easier.

Lincoln Club Dinner with Senator Susan Collins as Keynote Speaker, Fri, 2/7/2020

The Lincoln Club will hold its 135th Annual Lincoln Dinner in Portland, Maine. These dinners are held every year around the country in honor of our 16th President and one of the Republican Party’s great heroes, Abraham Lincoln. Many elected officials and candidates have been invited. Senator Susan Collins is the keynote speaker! She has confirmed and will give her presentation during dessert. more

Next CCRC General Meeting

Next Tuesday, November 16th, 5:45 p.m. Social / 6:30 p.m. Meeting

Doors will be open and food available beginning at 5:45 pm.

In lieu of a speaker presentation, the Committee will take up the bylaw amendments which have been worked on by the Executive Committee for several months.  There are significant changes being proposed, including calculating the number of municipal representatives, composition of the Executive Committee,  and Standing and AD Hoc Committees. Please review these amendments in advance of the meeting.
