Gov. Paul LePagePaul LePage was sworn in as Maine Governor on Wednesday, January 5, 2011.

A business leader who served his community as mayor, Paul LePage decided to run for Governor, believing that his successful business and municipal government strategies could work for all of Maine. The Maine people believed so too – they elected him twice, the second time in 2014 with the most votes than any Maine governor has received in past 30 years.

Lincoln Club Dinner
On Saturday, February 9, 2019 (snow date of February 10, 2019), The Lincoln Club will hold its 134th Annual Lincoln Dinner in Portland, Maine. These dinners are held every year around the country in honor of our 16th President and one of the Republican Party’s great heroes, Abraham Lincoln. Many elected officials and candidates have been invited. This year the dinner will be dedicated to Merton Henry, a long-time prominent republican and Bowdoin College Alumnus.
